We now ship to AK, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY. While our small size limits us to these states we will continue to work to expand our shipping territories.

By ordering in increments of three bottles we can keep our packaging and shipping costs as low as possible. Once you place your order in our online store we will process and package it for shipping and either notify UPS to come pick it up, or we will deliver it directly to a UPS pickup center. In most cases UPS will have the order for shipping the day after you place your order (not counting Sundays). 

To ensure your wine arrives safely and in perfect condition we use premium packing materials. Every shipment is prepared by hand by our staff here at Chateau MerrillAnne. We will also monitor the weather both here and at your location. If we see the weather is not conducive to the safe transport of your wine we will delay the shipment until it is. If you live in a hot weather zone we suggest you do not order wine in June, July or August. 

UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your shipment. IT WILL REQUIRE THE SIGNATURE OF SOMEONE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. If they are unable to deliver your shipment it will be returned to the winery. You will be required to pay the additional shipping fees associated with the return and reshipment. 

Our packaging and handling charges are all paid by us, you just pay for your wine and all shipping involved with your order. When you place your order in your online cart you will be prompted to put in your zip code and the shipping costs will be quoted before you finalize your order.
